The Impact of Workplace Heroes
A Virtual Lunch & Learn Series
Many nonprofit leaders, small business owners, and solopreneurs are burning out because we are trying to solve too many problems on our own.
When we finally notice the exhaustion, we reach for a personal day, a weekend off, or small moments of relief. But those rarely address the root issue: our beliefs about what good work is—and what it means to be a good worker.
Somewhere along the way, we began to confuse good work with sacrifice—and a good worker with a hero. But what if those beliefs are quietly setting us, our teams, and our organizations up for burnout instead of sustainability?
This free virtual session explores the impact of workplace heroes—and why doing less, on purpose, may be the key to more meaningful, sustainable impact. We intentionally limit each session to 10 participants because we believe real change happens in small, thoughtful spaces—not at scale. These small-group conversations create room for genuine engagement with both the ideas and each other. To make space for more people to join, we’re offering multiple sessions—choose a time that works best for you.
